Registration Terms & Conditions:
Seating may be limited and is available on a first come first served basis. Upon submission of your form & payment, registration is non refundable. As a courtesy, if you must cancel your reservation and do so at least six (6) days before the event we will apply your full payment to another UFS Insight/ExpressTrucking.com event held at a future date within 2008. If needing to cancel within 5 days of event we will apply 75% of your payment to a future UFS Insight/ExpressTrucking.com event. You must submit your cancellation request in writing and receive a confirmation of your request from a representative of UFS Insight. If you do not attend and you do not cancel in the manner described above, your payment will not be transferable.

Our employees are bound by our codes of ethics and policies to access consumer information only for legitimate business purposes and to keep information about you confidential. Our Privacy Policy reaffirms our commitment to safeguarding your information.
Information we obtain from your registration or other forms, limited to your name, address, telephone number, email address and questionnaire responses may be shared within the UFS Insight corporate family and/or its affiliates, advertisers and sponsors in order to provide you with industry related information and offers. We do not disclose information about your credit or bank account(s) except to assist us in processing your request or as required or permitted by law.
If you prefer that we not share your name, address, telephone number, email address and questionnaire responses within the UFS Insight corporate family and/or its affiliates, advertisers and sponsors, you may direct us not to share ("opt out") by calling us at 1-866-878-4437 between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., Eastern Time, Monday through Friday or email your request to ufs@ufsinght.com .
Please note: Your "opt out" request only covers specific registration information obtained from you that we might otherwise share within our corporate family, affiliates, advertisers and sponsors, however we may share information submitted by you to assist us in processing your request or as required or permitted by law.
