The main topics include: Industry trends; Business management; Expedite freight trends; Cost per mile analysis; Marketing strategies; and developing successful carrier relations.

This class is for those who are already familiar with business organization and the basic fundamentals of trucking such as IFTA, IRP, FMCSR and border crossing.
